[CLIENT] Greyed out for all of champ select on Normal Blind Pick mode

This happened shortly after the new champ select was reverted. I entered queue for Normal Blind Pick and promptly got a game.

The character select appeared with warning box of pick a champ or you will be kicked, banned, etc. After clearing that box, the rest of champ select never returned from the slightly blurred and dull state. I could not click, close, clear, type etc. Obviously I was not able to select the champ and was given a short ban.

But I wanted to report this.

It was on Windows 10
