Another 'Ghost Game'

For the second time in just over a week i find myself in another ghost game. At first i thought it was just my internet playing up as i was attempting to reconnect but i am able to access everything else (as you can tell as i'm posting this) and the friend i was playing with has confirmed it's happening to him as well. I had to back out as the sound of the Golems grunting and hitting me was too annoying and now when i click reconnect the screen just goes black till i get the message of 'Unable to connect to the server' and to check my firewall (exactly what happened before and i had to wait over 3 hours for it to sort itself out and enable me to play again)

I could handle a one off as problems happen to everything at some point, but if this is becoming a regular occurrence something needs to be done about it as i don't always get much time to play as it is, let alone losing over 3 hours due to problems that i have no way of stopping let alone fixing as the problem is not on my end.
