i type and go to press shift+enter to type into all chat but it comes out on regular team chat i have tried using default settings and restored them in game, also i have tried both shifts and both enters anyone else having this problem?

Recently when they removed the all chat button I tried figuring the auto-all-chat out by pressing stuff like A+Enter, ctrl+Enter, shift+Enter, and nothing worked, so I assume it isn't working anymore for me either.
My friends all use "Shift+Enter" but that does just nothing for me. I tried resetting all settings and also have the issue on two different computers. I can type "/all " before the text and it works fine, but that is cumbersome.
yea all my friends can use shift+ enter just fine seems to bug for some people
