Smurfs

So I was about ready to be promoted into silver until I faced an Ezreal mid....which isn't typical except for it was a diamond player being a smurf and we were all just entertainment FOR HIS TWITCH FEED. He looked up our weakest player and roamed the map killing him to get fed to the point that we couldn't stop him. Riot, I am fine with smurfs playing in games because there isn't much you can do about it. But there has to be a way for players to flag their account so everyone at least knows that crap is about to hit the fan with a certain champion. That is all.
