Launch button not showing

So like any other day i came to play one of the greatest moba , so i started up league when I opened it I realize there is no launch button to click so thought i was a slight client issue so try see if i could repair it by clicking in the tool icon to repair but nothing happen when i did. So i cant do anything to resolve this even try re installing but still didnt work. Please begging if you could resolve this issue for i am not alone in this dilemma and a prompt response would be very much appreciated.
