Big icons, Overlapping texts, No match history(seems this happens to who after transfer)

Hi I really need some help for this bug. This problem lasts for more than one month. The above link shows there are others have this bug too. It seems that this bug happens to who transferred from other server. I transferred from Oceania to NA. Actually, every page has no problems as long as I don't view the match history page. Once I click to view match history, no match history shows and then other pages go wrong, like big icons, overlapping icons/texts.

I have tried repair, re-download and re-install many times. It didn't work. Can anyone help? Please solve this bug! Please....
