Muse Sona is not an available option

As the title says I own and 2 of her skins which are Muse Sona and Silent Night sona, but about a month ago or more I haven't been able to choose Muse Sona, which I own from a mystery skin. At the begining I didn't really care since Primal Udyr was disabled at the time too and I was hoping Riot would fix both this situations but it seems like I still can't play with Muse Sona and even if I don't use Sona that much it's a little bit frustating not being able to play with a skin you own.

Anyone else has or had a similar problem before?
