[GAMEPLAY] Urgot + Chilling Smite bug

Was forced to Urgot jungle for Nemesis Draft, and um after I got chilling smite, I would smite an enemy champion and every time I did this and tried to auto attack them, I would move toward them as if I only right -clicked the space next to them, but I would be unable to actually auto attack them for about as long as the chilling smite buff lasted.
