[GAMEPLAY] Blitzcrank able to use Power Fist on invulnerable and untargetable champions

During a flex queue game, I was playing as Vladimir and during a fight while I was in my W (which clearly states Vladimir becomes untargetable, I was knocked up by Blitzcrank's E. Later on in the game, I was in stasis from zhonyas and was once again knocked up by Blitzcrank's E. I have attached links below to videos of it happening in both cases, apologies for the poor quality as it was filmed on my phone.

Its not actually hurting you though.

I think all that happens is the knock up animation.

Its something to do with blitz casting E first but the animation is so long that other animations look like they are going off first when they arent.

It's Not a Bug. When he Targets you and his Animation is started it can't be interupted, that was changed at some point. You going untargetable doesn't change the fact that you are already targeted and his Animation is already beginning. Similar Things are beeing tagged by kled q will still pull you.
