My masterwork chest is not loading

When I press my masterwork chest in loot, its not loading... I can only see black loot screen and that's all.. I even tried it from another PC, still not working, so i'm wondering if anyone else has this problem or anyone knows how to fix it perhaps ? Thanks in advance :)
