Malz. w not activating

malz. w attack isn't spawning voidlings like it normally does. i can hit any champ, monster or kill a winion with e on hit with the voidling and it will not spawn a new one. not sure whats going on with that.

i got it to proc a couple times on champions but sometimes it wont do that also. biggest issue is how it doesnt proc at all when killing winions while your voidling is attacking and another not spawn while more than enough time is left on it.
