Issues with Champion select lobby

Hey,

So when I get into the new champion select lobby in ranked I'll be sitting here waiting for my turn to ban, I'll watch the player before me run out of time and stay like that then about 30 seconds goes by and I get kicked out of the lobby.

Then I receive a ban from joining another game bc I failed to ban a champion. But it never showed on my screen that I needed to or even the person before me was done? Is anyone else having this issue?

up to 30 min ban now....
