Champ select wont pop up during pick / ban when tabbed out.

Champ select has not been popping up during pick/ban phase when im tabbed out, in result ive dodged 4 times in the last 24 hours alone. Are there efforts being put forward in trying to resolve this or am I the only one with this issue?
