[Loading Screen] Freezes + [Client] Multiple Logins

With the last two patches, just entering a game has become a nightmare. About 50% of the time my game will freeze at the loading screen, which forces me to restart the client where I encounter the multiple logins issue. This causes me to often be late to lane or jungle even if I realize what is happening immediately, it is beyond frustrating...

I've also noticed an increase in the number of crashes at the end of the game (nexus exploding), while annoying it isn't nearly as serious as the other two since by that point the game is over.
