[CLIENT] IP Change Bug

I had 4990 IP and as I purchased a champion (Caitlyn), my IP currency doesn't change. This has happened a few times already. The only time it gets fixed is when I restart my client.

It sometimes takes a little bit to update. Either play a game or exit the client and restart.
