Bug Splat When Clicking on the play button

So my issue occurred when i set up a new pc ok,

I keep getting bug splat whenever i click on the play button

System specs;

Core i7 3770K 3.50ghz (stock clocks) Gigabyte G1.Sniper 3 Mother board (Latest bios version) 8GB ram running at 1600mhz (Stock clock) Gigabyte R9280xoc 3GB rev2.0 550W PSU 128GB Corsair SSD (OS , League Path) 1.5TB Seagate drive 250GB Seagate drive 1TB Toshiba external

all drivers up to date, latest windows 10 build (Even tried installing windows 8.1 on a different drive, no luck)

i log in perfectly , no internet issue , i have all latest drivers , gpu , mobo , network drivers everything...

when ever i click on the play button i receive a bug splat before i could even choose a game mode everytime.. then i get these logs which i don't understand the writing codes...

anyways it's constant .. i tried hextech repair no help tried installing the game from scratch no help tried installing latest windows 10 build no help...

when i get invited and they quickly start the game if i'm lucky i get into the lobby right game starts no problem run the game smoothly no lag no drop no bug splat but once the game is finished and i return to the exit lobby also bug splat.....

it's frustrating as i got lever buster for the times my game crashed for when my mate started the game and i could've click accept as the client kept getting bug splat....

assistance?

it's only when i click on the play button or when im done with a game and i click continue (if i manage to get the game to bring up match found without the game crashing, once i'm in the physical lobby which happened like twice i choose everything fine)

then yeah 1 out of 20 tries so far that i was able to go into one game.....
