[ GAMEPLAY ] Rakan's E doesn't recast without mana

If you play Rakan in any gamemode (I've currently been playing him in Blind, Draft and Ranked) his E doesn't recast. As said in the description of the ability, E (the shield) can be recast a second time without any cost. His E costs 60 mana. If you use the E the first time, and drop below 60 mana, you cannot recast the E for no cost. It just tells you you're out of mana.

How To Do it

1. Cast your E and make sure your mana is under the cost of that E. (Eg: You have 100 mana and spend 60 on casting E, Now you have 40 left)
2. You now cannot cast your E again because you don't have enough mana.
3. Well good luck trying to get out of a team fight.
