[GAMEPLAY] Fiora riposte (w) interaction with Tahm Kench passive (acquired taste)

When Fiora uses her (w) riposte and tahm kench uses (q) on her she wont get a stack of acquired taste, however the hud above the skillset shows 1 stack of acquired taste although you dont actually have one. this stack does not wear off, it stays until you get hit by tahm kench again. this is a hud visual bug i guess.

steps to reproduce:

1 - use (w) riposte as fiora 2 - attack fiora with (q) tongue lash as tahm kench

expected result: fiora does not get a stack of acquired taste and the hud also does not show one. actual result: fiora does not get a stack of acquired taste BUT the hud does show one.

this happened to me on Aram and summoners rift, reproduction rate is 100%. Also happens with tahm kench (w) devour, if he spits a minion at fiora whilst she uses her (w) riposte.
