Riot Fix this Sion Bug/Glitch With Q,and R. 2 times in 2 different games.

Ok, so After I died and after my passive. I re-spawned and My Q and R Where not able to be used At all, i even waited 2 min to see if it was in CD but It was not. I had to Close league and re-log in for the issue to go away, So i leave the game after i told my teammates about the issue, And i still get reported because of a Glitch/Bug. Why would I leave a game we where winning. So anyways i logged off re logged back in and we lost. Riot just fix the issue
