Continuous Pinging problem

Hey there, so this is a reoccurring subject for about a year now that i can remember, where at some points at completely RANDOM moments, whenever i try to left click on ANYTHING, the game pings multiple times, Alt-tabbing doesn't fix it, minimizing and exiting other programs doesn't fix it, changing the resolution doesn't fix it, windowed mode doesn't fix it, mashing the keyboard doesn't fix it, and whenever it decides to stop it will stop. which takes maybe 2-3 minutes of constant clicking and pinging. Now again, this occurs at random moments, maybe 1-2 times a month, but when it does happen its sooooo annoying. No other game or programs plays games like this with me like this does and i see on the internet other people are having problems as well. So whats the solution?
