I don't know if it is a bug or an interaction but my Ult 
did no damage to Katarina 
as it seemed she could Shunpo out of it. It might be because of Shaco trap 
and some sort of fear interaction that activated on a frame where Sett in no longer Untargetable as I didn't even get the animation of him slamming her into the ground but I have no idea.

It looks more like they saw where Katarina's dagger landed and figured she was going to blink to it to try being evasive...and she did. Seems more like an educated guess than cheating.
