game switched to windowed mode randomly, can only move (right click) or ping (left click)

Alt+tab a few times then go into the settings menu and scroll down until you see a box that says 'windowed'. If you click the down arrow, these should be some options - find the one that says fullscreen.

This works for me most of the time. GL!
