Bug with Stacks you gain from Runes

Just had a game as Rengar and was fed. In the next moment the game didn´t react and my pc had to restart. After i got back into the game i lost my Eyeball Collection and my Relentless Hunter stacks. The strange thing tho : Relentless Hunter didn´t showed 0/5 stacks , instead i had 0/0 stacks also saying no more stacks can be achieved or something like that. Eyeball collection was at 0/20 and couldnt collect these either. If someone knows something about this pls just comment. As Rengar with 20% bonus increase i lost quite some AD and the movement speed. I lost 2 Runes completely in the middle of the game. Dark Harvest worked fine after the restart.
