Shen support CS bug

During the game Shen was acquiring CS at a ridiculous rate despite not actually killing minions. Cait was CSing but it looked like they were both getting credit for the CS as long as he was in lane with her. I screenshot the game at around 16 minutes and did the math. They have more CS combined then actually can spawn at 16 minutes.

Not sure if it was a bug or a hack or what but thought I'd bring it up.

..... This can't be real. you're trolling right? Please tell me you're not seriously level 30 and have no clue what relic shield is.
