Loading Screen Freeze

Hi all, would like to bring light to this frustrating bug.

It's happened to me and my friend several times.

During the loading screen, everything seems fine. I will ask my friend or vice versa where they are and why they haven't gone to lane, and then we realise one of us is stuck in loading screen. The only way to get out is to hard restart the computer.

Most of the time we have to remake, causing one of us to lose LP. It's really, really frustrating when that happens as it was not in our control at all but rather a bug.

Some things to note that might be a cause, idk actually know just thought it would help:

• We talk via a private call in discord and I'm on windows 10 (not sure about my friend)

It completely freezes the computer. Can't do anything to get out of the loading screen. Windows is also fully updated on my computer.
