[Gameplay] Game lags if I click alot

Its a known habit on LoL where you continuously click to move or attack enemy's even though it wont speed you up or anything. There are times where i do this, the game starts lagging, and clicks build up making me click wherever the mouse is, which sometimes screws me over because it sometimes causes me to walk towards towers or enemy's and i cant do anything until the built up clicks are all released.

Ping stays around 30-70 FPS is from 50-25 This shouldnt be the reason.

Any way to fix this?
