Can you reverse my suspension?

I need this crap reversed. It isnt my fault.

The sucky part is they can't really check to see if you're being honest, and even if you were they've taken the stance that if it's your computer, it's your responsibility to fix it. My computer kept crashing at the beginning of the year and eventually it got me to the point of a two week ban cuz I kept crashing after getting unbanned, but they didn't unban me, because honestly I shouldn't have played if I knew my computer was crashing. Just the way it is at the moment.
