(GAMEPLAY) Wooglet's Witchcap bonus AP ratio

Not a game breaking bug just a tooltip bug. When you look at the tooltip for Wooglet's Witchcap, it always displays bonus AP ration 0. It still gives the bonus AP. I've tested by buying an Amplifying Tome and checking the AP difference and the bonus AP was applied. Hope it gets fixed at some point.
