New Support items are not appearing upgraded endgame [GAMEPLAY BUG]

With the new support items ( ) that came to replace the old ( ) in the recent patch, I found a bug that occurs on the endgame screen as well as match history. That bug being minor, but with my experiences so far, the support items don't appear upgraded in the item bar(s). This can be easily fixed but I thought I'd post it here because it "bugged" me.
