Client issue

Hello,

Because I can't create a ticket because of the buggy website I thought why not lets make a ticket here.

About 9 out of 10 times when I log into the client I get logged in into a level 1 account with 500 IP and 5500 RP. Nothing will load and I will have to restart the client. After trying a few times it finally retrieves my own account and I can play without problems but then when the game finishes it sometimes puts me back into that 'ghost' account. I've googled and didn't see anyone else with the same issue. I've tried a client repair/rebooting windows (hard)/clean up log files/logging into other accounts but it stays.

I hope the community can help me with this.
