Can't block people after games [CLIENT]

Occasionally I go to block someone and it won't let me until I completely exit and reboot the client. It won't let me in post-game stats, nor in the "block player" bar in the block list. Also, I can't actually exit the client via the exit button. I need to either quit League through task manager or other Windows-induced methods of quitting a program.

Seemingly random, but happens quite often. Always after a game has finished, and never any other time. Also, it is possible to be able to block one person and have the bug occur when trying to block a second.

I have been getting this bug for quite a while (since 6.3 for sure) and it won't let me block them after a game from the right click menu or going into the blocked section and manually typing names until i restart client. It happens eventually after 3 or more games every night, and sometimes first game i play.
