[GamePlay] Zac's E

Played a Nemesis match and got Zac. Never played him but after buying a he could no longer use his E. So escapes and engages were pretty much impossible. Can't recreate the scenario since I do not own him. The ability would make the noise as if I pressed the key but wouldn't activate. I wasn't moving when i would use it but if i was I would have seen it go on cool down.
