[CLIENT] League client broken texture

My client keeps on being broken. it fixes itself for a brief second if i mouse over it and update the texture. An example being the store tab becomes disorientated but if I hover over it, it fixes itself for a brief second before becoming disorientated again. It even happens in login screen as well. It only happens on this computer. My other computer runs it fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled league and also tried to do a repair as well. Problem doesn't occur in game though. ples halp
