[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench - W: Devour - Cannot Spit

Occasionally when using 's W, the cooldown for the "Spit" will not count down, and instead the full ability cooldown will start, not allowing you to regurgitate your meal if it isn't quite as tasty as you expected.

I find this issue to occur mainly when I devour a champion / minion / monster / ally and attempt to release them immediately. I've also had instances where it has happened on its own.
