Rengar is so bugged right now

SO BASICALLY. I start the game and get some crazy looking display of all these commands and I'm very confused. reconnect after and have to play the rest of the games where jungle camps do not have a health bar. it was a miserable experience. i still stole 3 dragons but it was depressing.
