Missing Bilgewater Emote

Just last night, I completed the 'Surviving the Slaughter' quest, which gives players who complete it the Bilgewater Emote. However, I never ended up receiving the emote afterwards.

i got the same thing i can't find the emote anywhere in my inventory look for it at every tab
