Guinsoos not applying to Lucian double shot?

Guinsos stacks AA six times and upon so you get the double hit every other AA. Yi's passive applies for two stacks but the same is not applied to Lucian's double shot (as tested in practice tool). Should be an easy hot fix. Thanks!
