Morgana Ult timer bug

This bug is related to Morgana's ult time indicator when you use Alt+Click/G+Click/etc. If the ult is not on CD, It correctly displays the message "Summoner Name (Morgana): R ready".

Instead, if the Ult is on CD and you use Alt+Click, you'll still see the message "Summoner Name (Morgana): R ready". I have only confirmed this bug to occur in the howling abyss and Practice Mode. So I suppose the bug also exists on Draft Games or Special Game modes.

I'll add on to this. It's more than just Morgana :) I noticed it more so when I was dead clicking it.

Repro: Be dead. Be on Howling Abyss Alt Click Ultimate that's on CD.

What Happens: Chat sends that it's ready even when it's on cooldown.

What should happen: Chat sends how long is left on the cool down.

this is still happening. i've noticed it a few times in ranked games when i had too little mana to ult and was informing my team. still says ready
