Several reports of this in the past few days. In a previous report, someone mentioned that it happens on Zac and Anivia too. I personally experienced it on someone with a GA. So frustrating having 4 ults fail at critical times in the game due to this. A Skarner who cannot pick someone is not a Skarner.
Ohhh that explains why it failed in an earlier game. Dangit, and I just got how Skarner works well in the new jungle... >_<

I posted a thread on this even sent an email about ti with my thread. I get a response sorry about the bug/etc and what not but the best way is to post a thread...Im thinking...I did...and i sent you a link...

I know that it is not a pleasant experience when aspects of the game, such as skills and commands, fail to work especially when it's the crucial time during a battle. I have experienced different issues before and the best way to handle issues like these is to report it on our Bug Report forum.
