End game Victory/Defeat banner game crash

When the nexus explodes instead of the pieces gathering to form the banner the game freezes and Bugsplat appears over the end game lobby. Everything functions fine and no damage is done, but I don't get to see the end game banner.

Also having this issue, but only with the victory banner. Did not have this issue on the PBE though, which is confusing to me.
