Kennen General Bugs
**[Gameplay] Kennen marks are glitchy **
- When activating Electrical Surge, sometimes it will go on cooldown and consume energy while not damaging the enemy because they were on the edge of its range.
This next one may be on purpose but it is a personal pet peeve of mine.
2. A projectile thrown at a minion who dies before it is hit does not count towards Electrical surge passive.
Yet if I throw my Electrical surge passive at a minion and it dies before it is hit, the passive will still be consumed.
