KALISTA BUG/GLITCH with RELIC SHIELD (Plz spread the word so a RIOT employee can find it and fix it)

So this champion passive W is glitched, I think!, First person to confirm it was me in game. At first it didn't bother me, but later i was like WTF?. So i decided to test it in a custom game. No one else is saying anything or just don't see this minor or major impact. Anyways on with the point, her passive W will proc before the item such in this case. If was to attack a minion and her teammate (for example lets say ) then attack to kill the minion, that minion would insta die do to relic shield's passive. BUT you keep your relic shield stack. NOTE --- the minion health must be in range of passive. Also it only works when you have stacks on your Relic Shield. The GOLD will then be given to only . So yea i don't really know if that is a minor or major issue in the game, or you guys intended to do that for passive W. If you don't believe me, then feel free to do it in a custom game. Please can someone report this glitch/bug to RIOT Team. Thank You All for reading :D (Give me credit hehe <3) PS. sorry for having this so long thought i should do a in-depth description of this Glitch/BUG.

I think it's actually working as intended. Remember that in the spotlight, part of that passive says that if the unit is killed, Kalista gets the kill. However, the support with Relic would have to get the kill to use the charge. The only wonky thing might be the execute damage (which if that's getting through, that's actually terrifying).

what my friends and i have noticed is that if kalista has marked a creep with her Sentinel/Soul-Marked passive, Relic/Targon/FotM will not proc the Spoil's of War execute. there may be some sort of priority where it forces the creep to take Soul-Marked's % HP proc over the SoW proc

Same issues as SPINNY...unable to reliably proc the item's passive w/ Kalista.

Yeah, I can second this. Played support Leona with a Kalista last night, and I kept not getting Spoils of War to proc if near Kalista. If near other teammates, it worked fine. Definitely something buggy there.

I think the bug itself makes it that you can wave clear much faster with each time kalista lands a spear on a target minion. A person with relic shield can then use the shields damage to insta gib a minion for kalista while also deciding between if the tag team wants to heal or not. This means that Kalista and say, alistar, can be able to use his heal more often with this mechanic. Each time kalista hits a minion, alistar uses relic to gib it and give gold to kalista. This means alistars heal goes up faster because of this minion killing tag team mechanic.

Thus, it makes it required to decide whether you want to prioritize healing between support and marksman, or wave-clearing with a kalista support duo.

This bug definitely left a kink in my last game as I was starved of gold thanks to it, I got very few stacks off before roaming and teamfights started so I was the most useless Leona :*(
