Lobby Screen & Champ Select Screen Not Loading?

Every time i try to join a lobby or go into champ select the screen wont load. I have no idea if this is just me or if there are other people i would really like it if someone could get back to me if this is only me or if its a known bug and there is a fix for it.

It kinda just sits there as a black screen i can still access the friends list and msg my friends and go into the notifications tab but there is no connecting to the actual lobby or champ select.
