Game doesn't connect after champ select

I can log in fine, go through champ select and when the game switches windows into the loading screen. The game crashes and brings me to the reconnect screen. It displays a bug splat error, I've re installed the client, deleted files, repaired several times and no prevail. I've also preformed a system restore to an earlier day where it was working. I've flushed my DNS as well. This just started happening randomly yesterday morning and nothing has fixed it. Nothing on my end seems to be wrong, none the less. I cant play league. Help please.
