blank screen at champion select

Happened twice in a row. I have a 20 minute wait time now for queue dodging and every time I try to get into champion select (After waiting this asinine amount of time I might add) it's just a black screen. This is terrible because I have to force close and then I get even more champion select penalties (loss of LP, etc). Can we get a fix on this?
