[Gameplay][UI] Getting hung up on Victory/Defeat Screen

This is a bug as of this patch, any and every game I play right now has this bug happen, I've played on Howling abyss and Summoners Rift. Once the game is over and The Victory or Defeat message pops up, you click the continue button. Once you click that button the game freezes for a solid 20 seconds and just sits on the V/D message, and something is taking a long time to close the game. There has always been a slight delay in this, but it;s only been about 3 or 4 seconds.
