Store not working

Hey uh, I'm kinda having an issue with the store. Everytime I click on the store's main button, all that comes up is this black screen. But, if I click on the deal button for a skin on the main menu, it showed off an error screen with Galio in it. Can anyone help me out? I was looking to buy my boi . Well, when I get the IP at least.
