[GAMEPLAY] Swain crowd's spawn in the base when you respawn and move to the middle lane

I've seen this many times while playing the game against an enemy Swain and I thought "heh, it might be just me" but then today I was watching imaqtpie's stream and he actually had a Swain in his team and as soon as he respawned, one crowd spawn in the base and started moving towards the middle lane. I don't know if this happens before or after Swain hits level 6.
