Game freeze at loading screen CONSTANTLY

Recently i have been getting this bug where the game completely becomes unresponsive during the loading screen. I cannot get into games unless i fully restart my PC; this has lead to me to go afk MULTIPLE TIMES. Before riot says anything, I would like to clarify:

1. My internet connection/ ping is stable
2. My PC is not a toaster
3. This only started happening recently, specifically after patch 9.22

I believe it is extremely unfair on both the player facing similar issues, and their team to constantly lose LP/ go afk due to riot's stupid bugs. I do understand Riot will probably never read this, but if there are any other players facing similar issues, or have managed to come up with a fix, please do let me know.
