[Gameplay] Sion's interaction with Relic shield

There have been several occasions where I play Sion support. In almost all instances, I buy relic shield. As the game progresses the orbs around the item seem to double, more noticeable with face of the mountain. It seems as if I have a charge when in fact I don't. The only thing I can rely on when using such items is the charge indicator on the UI.
